    Having built an incredible canon of work in a little over two years, Chip Lionel's output and integrity is something to behold. Total outsider mannerisms at play on these four tracks as Chip welds together an audio assemblage of desolate wasteland industrial, scrapyard harsh textural processing, and free-jazz by way of no-wave saxophone runs that act as soundtrack for the post-societal collapse. Mutant sounds for mutant minds.
